This is my first Tracy Mallett workout, and it is amazing! The workouts themselves are pretty short, about 30-35 minutes each including the warm-up, but there is a lot packed into there. You don't really stop moving at all. It is just Tracey in the video, no other demonstrators, and she does the work-outs with you the whole time. There is a little window that pops up at the beginning of most of the exercises that shows a simpler alternative to the exercise though, which I admit I had to use a couple times.
